Children's Museum with Gigi!

Last week, I rounded up the babies and rode up to Memphis for some much needed time with my grandmother. She's precious and I love to see her interact with G & C.  I hadn't been to the Children's Museum since I was in elementary school but I knew Gideon and Charlotte would love it. What a fun place! We had a blast! There was even a special area for the tiniest tots to play while moms got to know each other.

Gideon loved sitting on the motorcycle and driving the fire truck.

This activity represented fishing in the MS river. G could have stayed here for hours. Gigi was a great fishing companion!
I had the most fun watching G in this little grocery store. Even the carts were his size! He just strolled in and immediately started grabbing products that we get all the time... apples, bananas, cheese, cereal, graham crackers, etc. The funniest part is that he got this chocolate cereal that he always wants, but we never get! I love this pic because it's like he's thinking, "Score! Forget the granola, I've got cocoa crispies!"

There were so many fun activities! I love that you can touch and play with everything! Everything is fair game for little ones!
After playing so hard, we were all starving and in need of naps. We grabbed some lunch and hung out at my g-mom's place for a while before heading back home. We had a great time catching up.
What a fun day with Gigi! Hopefully, we can do it again very soon!
