The Forum!

It's finally here! This week, we had the soft opening for our language center. The center is called The Forum, but the language sessions are called Articulate. Anyone who comes to Articulate gets hour long conversational English sessions with native speakers. It seems like everyone here wants to learn or polish their English skills, so just by talking to people in our native language we're able to serve the community and build relationships. Crazy, right?! We hope to host all sorts of other activities at The Forum as well, like a coffee house, gallery, discussion groups, movie nights, Bible studies, and eventually a church! For more info, check out the website...www.hopeforhungary.eu and click on The Forum.
This week is huge for our team because this project has been in the works for the past eight months! It's so nice to finally see things falling into place. We even have a meeting on Thursday night for our anyone interested in participating in a new Bible study that will take place at The Forum. We have several friends who came to our Bible study last semester who seem pumped about being a part of the new one! Exciting times!
Here are a few pics of The Forum...

                                                        The entryway...

The reception/waiting area...

Some info sheets and registration cards...

This is where our lessons take place...There's actually another room this size to the right, but we haven't completed it yet. More pics to come when it's done :)

I developed 18 different topical lessons that we can go through with clients. These are just the first few...

Please pray that for the conversations that are had and the relationships that will be built at The Forum. I can't wait to see how God uses this space!
